Scandinavian Inspired Holiday Party Photos
One of the greatest things about our season winding down for winter is we have the time to do some creative photo shoots with our vendor friends! I had this idea swirling around in my head for awhile and was so happy to find a killer team to help me bring it all to life. If you ever saw my house you'd see that I am super inspired by the Nordic style of living (especially being in Maine where it's dark at 4 p.m. during the winter months!), I like to keep my house light and minimal. The inspiration for this shoot actually started with the Danish word "Hygge," which means "cozy warmth" -- spending time with loved ones in a light filled home. My vision was that it would be a holiday gathering of friends, with white, gray, light woods, greenery and simple details like the Moravian stars. We were so happy that Style Me Pretty Living picked up the shoot to feature! You can see more from our gallery there and get info on everyone who participated below. Special thanks to one of our favorite venues, The Barn at Flanagan Farm, for hosting!
