Barn at Flanagan Farm Wedding | Dan + Jillian

It’s no secret that we love weddings at the Barn at Flanagan Farm! It’s such a perfect spot to host a whole wedding weekend, from rehearsal dinner to goodbye brunch and you never even have to leave the property! We love the farmhouse there which has plenty of room for a bridal party to stay and the cute groom’s cottage on site too. The sprawling property in Buxton also has a beautiful, shaded area for a ceremony and surrounding fields and a small apple orchard which are great opportunities for photos. One of the best things about working at Flanagan has been the teams that we work with — every couple who we have worked with there has mentioned that they truly feel like they have their dream wedding team of vendors working with them. We adore working with Lani Toscano, who is such an expert planner and genius when it comes to unique ideas, beautiful designs and color schemes for the days—not to mention has everything running on schedule all day. Jillian and Dan’s wedding wedding started with an incredible rehearsal dinner on Friday night with an adorable pizza truck that made wood grilled pizzas for guests and then a gelato station from Gelato Fiasco in Portland that guests absolutely loved! For their wedding on Saturday Jillian’s bohemian chic dream came true with gorgeous florals, oriental rugs and dreamy lighting in the barn. Jillian had even found two dresses that she loved on her trip to London with her mom at Grace Loves Lace and was able to do an outfit change (along with sparkly Kate Spade Keds sneakers!) at the reception. Later in the evening guests sat out by the fire pit and hung out while others danced the night away inside the barn. It was a perfect day!

Weddings at Flanagan Farm are truly something special and every time we shoot there we are always finding new things we love about it and new ways of looking at it so our shots stay fresh and inspired. Here is a small preview of Dan and Jillian’s wedding day!
