Sage and Tim's Wedding | Dockside at York Harbor, Maine

Our wedding season is underway and we have shot some incredible weddings already this year! So much good stuff is coming. We also have shot some super cool, creative Engagement and After (aka Trash the Dress) sessions and I cannot wait to blog those images (soon!).

Sage is actually one of the first people we met when we moved to Maine a few years ago when she did a little modeling for us, and we were thrilled when she contacted us last year when she got engaged to Tim! It has basically been raining the entire month of June here in Maine (not even kidding) so we weren't surprised when we woke up on their wedding day to dark clouds in the sky. BUT Sage and Tim both had the best attitudes ever about it and just went with it, moved the ceremony inside at the last minute and never complained at all--and it actually cleared up for a short time that afternoon so we could get some shots of the two of them. We had such a great time documenting their day and are looking forward to doing an After session with them soon too :) Here are some of our favorites from their wedding at Dockside at York Harbor in beautiful York, ME. ps: this wedding is also a great example of why you should skip hiring a friend and go with professionals, not only because we knew how to handle the weather and lighting conditions of that day, but also because the rainy/foggy weather made one of our cameras malfunction but fortunately we had a backup in our bag and didn't miss a thing. :)
